Permissions

Each module has its own adjustable list of access rights. Permissions can be assigned both to groups and users.

The functions of the "Documents" module are delimited in the following manner:

1. The "Documents" permission enables/disables the access of users/groups to this module. If this permission is given to users/groups, they can see the "Documents" module where they can view, add and create documents in the folders they have access rights to.
2. The "Administration" permission allows/denies users/groups to view, edit and delete any documents and folders in the "Documents" module.
3. The "Reports" permission allows to view the reports by users' activity of using the "Documents" module.
