Calls

In this section, users can view the history of calls made via TeamWox Communicator.

The following data on calls is displayed here:

• Call type — displayed by the following icons:

• — call ended successfully.
• — called user was busy.
• — called user was offline.
• — user rejected the call.
• — call ended due to timeout.

• Call ID — call identifier that can be provided to Telephony module administrator in case of any technical issues.
• Time and call duration — call's date, time and duration.
• Participants — call initiator and called parties.
