Events
The Events tab shows notifications of events occurring in the TeamWox system.

There are the following types of events, notifications of which appear in the Communicator:
— a notification of a new task or a new comment in any of the tasks. After you have viewed the "Events" tab, the icon changes to
.
— a notification of a new request in the "Service Desk" module or a new comment in any of the requests. After you have viewed the "Events" tab, the icon changes to
.
— a notification of a new email. After you have viewed the "Events" tab, the icon changes to
.
— a notification of changes in the information of a document assigned to a user to sign or read. This notification also appears when a document has been read or signed by one of the assigned users, as well as when a comment is added to the document history. After you have viewed the "Events" tab, the icon changes to
.
— a notification of a new organization, new comment or changes in organizations. After you have viewed the "Events" tab, the icon changes to
.
To provide additional information about events, the notifications have different highlighting:
- Red — notification of request or task with high priority or with completion time less than 1 day.
- Blue — notification of request or task, which you are responsible for.
— an icon at the notification of a task that has been added to Favorites.
— an icon at the notification of a request or task with a completion date in less than 1 day.- Completed and closed tasks, requests and e-mails are displayed as struckthrough.
- Subjects of open notifications appear in gray.
Clicking on the notification will open a new browser tab with a page to view the selected item in the TeamWox system.
Events in the Windows notification area
The event notifications are also displayed in pop-up messages in the notification area of Windows:

Such messages are automatically closed after a few seconds. They can also be hidden manually by clicking
.
Notifications about missed calls will pop-up from time to time until you go the Calls tab.
